Pilot Skid Unit

Pilot skid mounted equipment can be tailored to meet the specific needs of different projects. In addition to the core electrodialysis unit, the entire skid-mounted system is equipped with PLC automatic control systems, rectifiers, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, and other necessary equipment.

The equipment is designed using 3D software, with a rational design space that facilitates overall transportation. It can be used in combination with various membrane stacks such as homogeneous membrane electrodialysis, Bipolar Membrane Electrodialysis, and Electrodialysis Metathesis. 

The equipment can be used for long-term stability verification of processes such as salt solution concentration and desalination, ion exchange, preparation of acids and bases from inorganic salts, and preparation of organic acids and bases, as well as for industrial production.
